Tong Wu (M’21) received the Ph.D. degree from the school of Computer Science and Technology, Hangzhou Dianzi University, Hangzhou, China. He was a visiting scholar at the Department of Computing Technologies in Swinburne University of Technology from Feb. 2024 to July 2024. He is currently a lecturer with the School of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang Gongshang University, Hangzhou, China. His current research interests are reinforcement learning, mobile data offloading, big data analytics, and recommender systems.
