Tong Wu (S’21) received the B.S. degree from the Jincheng college of Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2011, the M.S. degree from the College of Computer and Information Technology, China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China, in 2021. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the school of Computer Science and Technology, Hangzhou Dianzi University, Hangzhou, China. Currently, he is a student member of IEEE, and his research interests are mobile edge computing, reinforcement learning, mobile data offloading, big data analytics, and incentive mechanisms.
