刘哲，马来西亚理科大学计算机科学学院博士，新余学院数学与计算机学院教师。研究兴趣主要关注智能计算与决策、人工智能、机器学习、模糊集理论、证据理论、不确定性和不精确性建模及其应用等。已发表学术论文70余篇，其中第一作者或通讯作者论文50余篇，7篇论文先后入选ESI高被引论文（Top 1%）。主要成果发表在Information Fusion, ACM Transactions on Knowledge Discovery from Data, Knowledge-Based Systems, Expert Systems with Applications, Artificial Intelligence Review, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence等国际权威期刊。担任PloS One (SCI, JCR Q1)学术编辑、Discover Applied Sciences (ESCI, EI, JCR Q2)、Discover Artificial Intelligence (EI), Journal of Computer Science (Scopus)编委、Journal of Combinatorial Mathematics and Combinatorial Computing (Scopus)副主编，International Journal of Numerical Methods for Calculation and Design in Engineering (Revista Internacional de Métodos Numéricos para Cálculo y Diseño en Ingeniería)(JCR Q4)客座编辑，以及50多个国际期刊的审稿人。获得2024年度国家优秀自费留学生奖学金。
