个人简介

长期从事电力系统稳定性分析与控制、电网复杂信号测量、人工智能在电网中的应用研究工作。主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然基金重大科研仪器专项课题、国家自然科学基金、国家电网公司重大科技项目等三十余项。提出了配电网强噪声多态信号高精度量测算法,研发了全国首套轻型广域测量系统;提出了频率不稳定平衡点、一体化柔性频率控制技术体系和优化控制方法,主持开发了PowerX Tools软件包。获国家科技进步一等奖1项、山东省科技进步二等奖2项、中国电工技术学会科学技术一等奖1项、2018年度中国电力优秀科技工作者;获国家发明专利16项;第一/通讯作者发表SCI/ EI论文100余篇。

教育教学

长期从事本科教学和教育研究工作,为本科生主讲《电气工程导论》、《电力系统分析》、《电力系统自动化》等主干课程。第一位承担省级教改重点项目两项,注重研究电气工程及其自动化专业的新工科课程体系和人才培养方案;在科学出版社出版人才培养专著《面向全球能源互联的电气工程人才培养改革与实践》,核心期刊和国际会议发表教研论文8篇。系统提出了具备全球能源观、全球环境观、理工文复合的电气工程新工科人才培养方案,在山东大学牵头成立了“全球能源互联网”新工科特色班,为能源互联网专业第一个落实实施者,也是新工科在电气工程及其自动化专业的第一家实施单位。
