Peiyan Yuan received the B.S., the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Henan Normal University, Xinxiang, China, Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, China, and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, respectively, all in computer science. He also worked as a post doctoral researcher at the University of Texas at Dallas, USA. He is a professor of Computer Science, a PhD supervisor, and the dean of computer science and information engineering school at the Henan Normal University. He was elected as the Pingyuan Scholar in 2022 and the Young Scholar of Henan Province in 2019. He is the distinguished  member of CCF,  the senior memeber of IEEE, the  member of ACM, and the associate editor of EJWCN and JBD, respectively. 

His research interests include future networks and distributed systems,  he has served as principal investigator for 3 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 4 industry‑collaborative projects, 2 key educational reform projects of Henan Province, and 1 provincial first‑class course, and has edited 1 textbook included in Henan Province's 14th Five‑Year Plan for higher education. As first author or corresponding author, he has published over 80 papers in renowned domestic and international journals such as IEEE/ACM TETC, TNSE, TSC, IoTJ, and TVT, as well as in prestigious international conferences including IEEE/ACM ECAI, MobiHoc, ICDCS, and ICWS. Among these, more than 40 papers are classified as CCF A/B or Chinese Academy of Sciences  SCI Zone 1/2 papers, with 2 ESI highly cited papers, 8 best‑paper/high‑impact/widely‑noticed paper awards at international and domestic conferences.  He has also authored 1 academic monograph, been granted 6 invention patents (2 of which have been applied), and obtained 6 software copyrights. He has received one first‑prize and one second‑prize Henan Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards, and one third‑prize Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.  He has supervised students who won the Henan Provincial Outstanding Bachelor's Thesis Award and national‑level prizes in discipline competitions such as AI and mathematical modeling. To date, he  supervised 32 graduate students who have completed their studies, and he is currently supervising 15 graduate students

袁培燕，分别从河南师范大学、武汉理工大学、北京邮电大学计算机科学与技术专业获得学士、硕士、博士学位，美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校博士后。目前为河南师范大学教授，博士生导师，计算机与信息工程学院院长，河南师范大学平原学者，河南省高等学校青年骨干教师；兼任ACM-郑州副主席，中国计算机学会（CCF）杰出会员，CCF物联网专委执行委员、计算机应用专委执行委员，河南省计算机学会常务理事，河南省药学会智慧药学专委会副主任，IEEE高级会员，SCI源期刊EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking和Journal of Big Data 副主编。

长期从事物联网、移动边缘计算、分布式网络与系统的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，横向项目4项，河南省教育教学改革重点项目2项，河南省一流课程1门，主编河南省十四五规划教材1部。以第一作者或通信作者在IEEE/ACM TETC/TNSE/TSC/IoTJ/TVT/《软件学报》等国内外著名期刊以及IEEE/ACM ECAI/MobiHoc/ICDCS/ICWS等国际著名会议上发表论文80余篇，其中CCF A/B类与中科院一、二区论文40余篇，ESI高被引论文2篇，国际、国内学术会议最佳论文/高影响力论文/广受关注学术论文8篇，出版学术专著1部，授权发明专利6项（转化2项），软件著作权6项。获河南省教学成果一等奖和二等奖各1项、河南省科技进步三等奖1项。指导学生获河南省优秀学士学位论文、人工智能与数学建模学科竞赛国家级奖励等。目前培养已毕业研究生32人，培养在校研究生15人。
