分别于2010和2015年在华南理工大学电子科学与技术(微电子学)和中山大学通信与信息系统专业获得本科和博士学位。2015年7月加入广州大学,2018年1月任副教授,2022年获评广州大学广州良师。研究方向为模拟/混合信号IC设计、物联网集成电路与系统、集成电路优化算法和工业互联网等。IEEE会员,IEEE SSCS Guangzhou Chapter委员,CCF YOCSEF广州分论坛副主席(2022-2023),广州市半导体协会和广东省集成电路行业协会广州大学负责人,国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金评审专家,广东省工信厅评审专家。TCAS-I、TCAS-II、TVLSI、IEE Access、MEJ、EL和IET CDS等多个国际期刊审稿人,ISICAS、ICTA等国际会议的TPC和Session Chair。近年来主持国家自然科学基金项目、广东省自然科学基金项目、广东省科技计划等课题8项,在集成电路设计和物联网相关领域发表SCI论文十余篇,ISCAS、APCCAS等顶级会议论文近二十篇,授权日本发明专利2件,中国发明专利三十余件。指导学生获第七届中国国际互联网+大学生创新创业大赛国赛金奖。
