王茂发,43岁,博士,教授,博士生导师,广西高层次人才D类人才,教育部-华为智能基座全国优秀教师(每年20名),广西高校千名中青年骨干教师,IEEE高级会员,CCF高级会员,2017年北京信息科技大学A类引进人才。主要从事人工智能计算理论,与地震、地质、生信等领域人工智能应用研究。第一作者/通讯作者在IEEE trans TCSVT、Pattern Recognition、Applied Soft Computing、Expert Systems with Application、Knowledge-Based Systems、Ocean Engineering、Computers & Geosciences、Seismology Research Letter、 Bulletin of the Seismological Society of America等知名期刊发表SCI论文40余篇(TOP 9 篇,二区20余篇),1篇被哈利菲尔丁里德奖(地震学最高奖项)得主 AGU Fellow 坦福大学William Ellsworth 教授在2篇SRL中予以正面引用,主持国家自然基金项目 2 项,主持省部级等课题10余项,授权国家发明专利4项,主编专著/高等教育规划教材2部。主讲深度学习、元学习、机器学习、数据挖掘等人工智能核心课程,深受学生喜爱。2024中国地理信息科技进步二等奖,八桂人工智能科学技术二/三等奖、中国(上海)国际发明展览会金奖(No.1)。中国地震人工智能专委会委员(首批),中国人工智能学会神经网络与智能计算专委,中国灾害防御协会防灾减灾人工智能分会理事,第十届华为ICT大赛全国总决赛教学赛三等奖,华为开发者教师布道师。教育部学位中心博士论文通讯评审专家,国家自然基金项目通讯评审专家,广西人工智能学会理事,广西科技项目通讯评审专家。2023年广西高校黄大年式教师团队核心成员之一,2023年华为奖教金获得者。多个IEEE trans特约审稿人。本人优秀业绩被央视频和人民日报客户端等转载。
科研方向
方向1:人工智能模型与系统开发
课题组长期从事视觉小样本和小目标检测、地震/地质/医学AI模型研究,及行业智能系统与大模型开发。与中国地震局、中国地质调查局、中国建筑材料研究总院、华为公司等建立了长期的业务合作关系,共同开发行业急需的智能模型与系统。已开发了两款经典智能模型系统:中强震短临余震智能预测系统、模拟测震图纸矢量化系统在行业内有较高的知名度,各项性能正分别对标(部分超越)大名鼎鼎ETAS地震预测模型和哈佛大学DigitSeis系统,有着较好的行业应用价值和科研开发基础。
方向2:嵌入式Å统与FPGA应⽤开发
课题组长期专注于嵌入式系统与FPGA应用开发的技术团队,成员在图像识别、伺服电机控制及基于Web控制端设计等领域拥有多年工程经验,致力于将前沿深度学习等算法与硬件系统深度融合,为客户提供高性能、低功耗的嵌入式解决方案。
