Introduction

He Li received the B.S., M.S. degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2007 and 2009, respectively, and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The University of Aizu in 2015. He is currently an Postdoctoral Fellow with Department of Information and Electronic Engineering, Muroran Institute of Technology, Japan. His research interests include cloud computing and software defined networking.
