梁杨帆，博士，嘉兴大学 信息科学与工程学院, 横琴粤澳深度合作区外部智库专家, 中国人工智能学会会员。作为项目负责人, 主持智能感知系统与安全教育部重点实验室2025年度开放课题1项, 并深度参与浙江省自然科学基金重点项目（负责人：国家高层次人才计划特聘专家孙宏教授）和浙江省顶尖人才项目（负责人：中国工程院院士陆军）, 独立承担数据安全与隐私保护研究任务。迄今已发表学术论文18篇, 其中IEEE/ACM Transactions系列等国际顶级期刊论文8篇。研究成果被谷歌学术引用260余次, 其中单篇引用达60次。

      研究领域：数据安全共享（聚合签名/广播签密/密钥协商/跨域认证）、隐私保护（匿名通信/条件隐私）、情感识别、睡眠分期；

      教育背景：2023年12月 获桂林电子科技大学 网络空间安全专业 工学博士学位（导师：刘忆宁教授，四川省****特聘专家，全球前2%顶尖科学家，2020年以第一完成人获得中国电子学会自然科学二等奖和广西自然科学二等奖）；

      科研经历：2023.07-至今 嘉兴大学 信息科学与工程学院；
