I. PERSONAL PARTICULARS

Shuai Liu, male, was born in Oct.27 1982. He received his BS, MS and PhD from Jilin University in 2002, 2004, and 2011. Now he acts as a full professor in College of Computer Science, Inner Mongolia University. He is now Director of ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) Hohhot branch, Evaluation expert of China Academic Degrees & Graduate Education, Evaluation Expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China.
