Shuping He, Professor of Anhui University,  a recipient of the Outstanding Youth Funds Award of Anhui Province, in 2016, and the Honor of Excellent Young Talents in University of Anhui Province, in 2017. He is the IEEE Senior Member, and Members of IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society, IEEE Young Professionals, Chinese Association of Automation, Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, etc. He is also the evaluation experts of many national and province/city projects, such as National Science and Technology Award, Key projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation, Anhui Province projects, etc.  

He received the B.S. degree in automation and the Ph.D. degree in control theory and control engineering from Jiangnan University, Wuxi, China, in 2005 and 2011, respectively. From 2010 to 2011, he was a visiting scholar with the Control Systems Centre, School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Manchester, Manchester, U.K. From 2011 to 2013, he was successively a Senior Lecturer with Anhui University, Hefei, China, where he has been a professor with the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, since 2013

His current research interests include Control Theory & Control Systems, Systems Modeling, Methods & Applications, Signal Processing & Artificial Intelligence. He has co-authored a book about stochastic systems and authored or co-authored over 100 papers in professional journals, conference proceedings, and technical reports in the above areas in IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Transactions on Circuit Systems, etc. 

Undertaking science research work of the area of the corresponding discipline, Prof. Shuping He also presides and joins more than 20 science research projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation, National Key Science & Technology Projects, etc. Prof. Prof. Shuping He is also serving for some professional journals such as, Associate Editor IEEE Access, Journal of Central South University, and the Editorial Board Member International Journal of Sensors, Wireless Communications and Control.

Prof. Shuping He has established an academic exchange and cooperation relationship with many journal editor-in-chief, editors, associate editors and other experts and scholars. He reviews more than 100 paper every year. He is also the outstanding reviewer of Journal of the Franklin Institute (2018, 2019), IET Control Theory and Applications (2018), etc.
