Biqing Zeng was born in HuNan, China, in 1969. He received the B. S. and M. S. degrees in Mineral processing engineering from AnHui University of Science and Technology, Huainan, Anhui，China, in 1995 and 1998, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer science and technology from Central South University, ChangSha, China. He has been a professor with the School of Software, South China Normal University, since 2009. His research interests include artificial intelligence, big data, natural language processing.
