高级工程师，研究生毕业于中南大学，计算机科学与技术专业硕士，本科毕业于国防科技大学，从事医院信息化建设10年，曾任职于中联重科信息化办公室从事软件开发。湖南省医学会医学信息学专业委员会教育学组委员，湖南省健康管理学会第二届信息管理专业委员会委员，发表期刊论文多篇。
