XinMin Zhou graduated in computer application from National University of Defense Technology, Hunan, China, in 2000, received the M.S. degree in computer application technology from Hunan University, Hunan, China, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in computer application technology from Tongji University, Shanghai, China, in 2010. He has been a professor of School of Computer and Information Engineering,Hunan University of Technology and Business, Hunan, China, since 2016. His research interests include smart city, text watermarking, information hiding and network security. Currently, he is the chairman of the department of information management and a reviewer of International Journal of Network Security and Frontiers of Computer Science in China.
