Ph.D. from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, senior engineer, currently serving as a master's supervisor at the School of Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Dianji University, head of the new motor and electronic control team, expert in computer automatic measurement and control technology in China, and technical expert in Shanghai.

In 2021, he was selected as "Shanghai Industrial Elite High-level Talent - Industrial Young Talent". In 2023, he was selected for the "Oriental Talent Plan Youth Project". In 2025, he was selected as a leading talent in Jinji Lake technology, and also joined the working group of young scholars of the Suzhou Robot Industry Association.

He led his team to win multiple prestigious awards in the robotics industry, such as the 2024 Suzhou Robot Product Technology Innovation Award, the 11th Capek Annual Technology Innovation Product Award, the "Efficiency Star" award for the ground leveling project in the first Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Construction Robot Competition, the third prize in the finals of the 10th "Innovative Entrepreneur China" Smart Robot Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the second prize in the creative design competition of the third National Construction Robot Competition, the bronze prize in the "Shanghai Airport Cup" Application Innovation Competition of the 2025 First Yangtze River Delta Intelligent Construction and Construction Robot Competition, the "Shanghai Construction Engineering Cup" Pioneer Award for Efficiency in Practical Application of Construction Ground Construction Robots, the Technology Promotion Award, the "Shanghai Construction Engineering Cup" Potential Award for Application of Wall Plastering Robots in Practical Application, the bronze prize in the comprehensive group of the 6th "Smart Construction Cup" Intelligent Construction Innovation Grand Prix, and the Excellence Award in the finals of the 14th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Robot Intelligent Manufacturing Professional Competition.

He has personally recognized as one of the top ten emerging talents in intelligent construction at the 6th "Smart Construction Cup".

He has  served as the technical leader in three Fortune 500 companies (Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Country Garden Group), with 20 years of experience in intelligent equipment research and development and nearly 100 people of team management experience.

He has participated in and presided over nearly 50 projects, including the National 973 Program, 863 Program, major basic scientific research projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, knowledge innovation projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and key projects of enterprises, with a cumulative total amount of 404 million yuan.

He has published nearly 30 papers in SCI/EI/Chinese core journals, holds more than 50 patents and over 40 software copyrights, and participated in the development of 3 robotics group standards.
