BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Yan Liu is guided by Prof. Liu Yang (the winner of China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists, “Yangtze river scholar” of the Ministry of Education). He is now an Associate Professor in State Key Laboratory of Green Building in Western China. His research interests include building energy efficiency, building thermal engineering, urban thermal process, urban climatology. He hosts one cooperative project of “the 13th Five-Year” National Science Technology Major Project of China, one National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 4 Provincial and ministerial level projects. He also participates as a core member in one National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, one key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and one 973 Project. He was invited to write 1 chapter in an English Monograph and published more than 50 papers, 15 of which are SCI papers. As the first accomplisher, he won one first prize of science and technology in universities of Shaanxi Province. He was selected as one of most excellent 100 post-doctors of China in 2018. He was supported by Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program by CAST (YESS), the Hong Kong scholars Project and High-level imported talents of Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology.
