Shiyong Wu is an associate professor from South China Normal University, and now works as a visiting scholar at Monash University. He has majored in higher education and comparative education. He has focused on the academic genealogy of higher education in China, and the difference of higher education system between China and Western countries. He has also been interested in international graduates  employability, relationship between graduates' traits and employment outcomes, especially employability of Chinese returnees and the cohorts of international graduates in China.
