The APSCE International Conference on Computational Thinking and STEM Education (CTE-STEM) [in 2017 to 2020 named as The International Conference on Computational Thinking Education (CTE)] is one of the few premier conferences that focus on CT Education. CTE-STEM is an international platform for sharing of ideas as well as dissemination of findings and outcomes on the implementation of computational thinking education and development. A key component of the conference is the Teachers Forum where teacher practitioners share their practices in doing CT education. This conference series had the first four conferences held in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 at the Education University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong (SAR), China. The fifth conference was held in Singapore in the year of 2021. The conference has since gained traction and continued to attract steady participation of educators and researchers in CT education.

The conference will comprise keynote speeches, invited speeches, panel discussions, workshops and paper presentations. The conference will also hold a Teacher Forum CTE-STEM ’22: A teacher forum will be organised for teaching practitioners to share their practices in teaching and ongoing research on Computational Thinking, Computing and STEM in the classroom. We believe that bringing all these activities together will provide enriching experiences for teachers and researchers to exchange, learn and innovate approaches regarding learning through computational thinking and STEM education.
