唐元锟,男,1996年5月出生,甘肃兰州人,工学博士。西北师范大学人工智能与计算机学院副教授,硕士生导师。2018年和2024年于华南理工大学分别获得工学学士与工学博士学位,2019年8月赴韩国延世大学访问,2021年11月至2022年11月通过国家留学基金委赴英国南安普顿大学访问学习。2024年8月加入西北师范大学,2025年破格晋升为副教授。研究工作聚焦于纳米物联网中物理层通信技术。先后在《IEEE Transactions on Communications》、《IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing》、《IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications》等知名期刊以及《IEEE International Conference on Communications》、《IEEE Global Communications Conference》等旗舰会议发表学术论文逾30篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、省部级项目2项。担任期刊编辑、审稿人及会议与学术组织的委员。获2025年甘肃省科技进步一等奖(排第二),2023 IEEE ICCCS最佳学生论文奖。
