Jiwei Shen has served as the Principal Investigator of one National Natural Science Foundation of China project, one Shanghai Natural Science Foundation project, and one China Postdoctoral Science Foundation project. He was selected for the National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents and the Shanghai “Super Postdoctoral” Incentive Program. His doctoral dissertation received the Excellent Ph.D. Dissertation Award from the Shanghai Society of Image and Graphics, East China Normal University, and the Shanghai Municipality. He was also recognized as an Excellent Graduate Ph.D. in Shanghai and as an Outstanding Supervisor in the National College Student Innovation and Invention Competition.
