Professor and doctoral supervisor of Jinan University, winner of Guangdong outstanding youth fund, and leader of industrial innovation in Guangzhou. He served as the doctoral supervisor of the Department of instrument engineering, elgolia University of science and technology, the letter evaluation expert of the National Natural Science Foundation, and the letter evaluation expert of the postgraduate dissertation of the Ministry of education. In 2011, he was selected as the "one hundred and ten" project training object of Guangdong higher education institutions. In 2014, he was awarded two honorary titles: excellent teacher and excellent class teacher of Jinan University. In 2015, he was elected as the special commissioner of science and technology of Guangdong Province. In 2016, he was awarded the title of Guangzhou industry innovation leading talent (core member of the leading group), the contribution award of reviewer of American Optical Society, and the College of science and technology of Jinan University in 2019 "Four Haves" good teacher title. At present, he is the deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Guangdong University of optoelectronic information and sensing technology and the director of the Graduate Management Office of the Institute of science and technology. His research direction includes new optical fiber sensor, micro nano photon device, optical fiber integrated optoelectronic device, ultra weak force detection, optoelectronic information precise detection, optical electromechanical integration, optical fiber precise manufacturing technology, electromagnetic wave simulation, optical force optical momentum, truth Engineering technology problems and physical science problems such as air casirmir force. Presided over a total of 17 national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, and participated in more than 20 projects. By 2019, more than 150 SCI / EI retrieval papers have been published, and more than 40 papers have been published by the first author or correspondence author, with a total impact factor of 130. Jointly guide the undergraduates to publish 6 JCR first and second area papers, and successively guide the undergraduates to obtain many awards, such as the academic paper award of the national innovation annual conference of the Ministry of education, the special prize, the second prize and the third prize of Guangdong Challenge Cup information category; more than 35 National invention patents and 15 authorized patents have been publicly applied for. To provide technical support for the enterprise, we have successfully developed the first ultra clean optical surface nano pollutant detection device, portable reactive protein fluorescence detector, online special optical fiber shaft setting equipment, all fiber current transformer system, intelligent full-automatic cell counter, APD over noise factor and photoelectric conversion performance detection system
