Long Yang received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Xidian University, Xi’an, China, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. Since December 2015, he has been a faculty member with Xidian University, Xi’an, China, where he is currently a Lecturer at the School of Telecommunications Engineering. Since November 2017, he has also been a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. His current research interests include cooperative communications, non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA), wireless multicast, and wireless physical-layer security.
