Xingwang Li (S’14-M’16) received the B.Sc. degree in communication engineering from Henan Polytechnic University, Jiaozuo, China, in 2007, the M.Sc. degree from the National Key Laboratory of Science and Technology on Communications, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and the Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from the State Key Laboratory of Networking and Switching Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. From 2017 to 2018, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Institute of Electronics, Communications and Information Technology, Queen’s University Belfast, Belfast, U.K. He is currently a Lecturer with the School of Physics and Electronic Information Engineering, Henan Polytechnic University. He has several papers published in journal and conferences, has authored several patents, and he has worked on several funded research projects on the wireless communications areas.

His research interests include MIMO communication, cooperative communication, hardware constrained communication, non-orthogonal multiple access, physical layer security, unmanned aerial vehicles, free space optical communications, and the performance analysis of fading channels. He has served as a TPC Member for GLOBECOM 18’ and co-chair of special session on Green Communication and Networks at the 2020 IEEE/IET CSNDSP. He serves as an Associate Editor，and is also an Editor for the KSII TRANSACTIONS ON INTERNET AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS .
