Li Tianbao, Ph.D., Lecturer, is affiliated with the College of Control Science and Engineering at China University of Petroleum (East China). He received his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Tianjin University in 2025. His research primarily focuses on machine learning theories such as physics-embedded deep learning, spatiotemporal sequence prediction, and transfer learning, with applications in intelligent marine meteorological forecasting, 3D object recognition, and related fields. He has published over 10 SCI-indexed papers, including 7 in SCI Q1/CCF-A journals (e.g., IEEE TMM, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TCSVT), and holds 3 authorized national invention patents.
