Ran Li received his Ph.D degree in signal processing from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China, in 2014. Currently, he is an Professor of the Huaihe Software College at the Xinyang Normal University, China.  His research interests include image and video processing,  computer and AI-assisted education.  He is serving as a professional reviewer for over 20 well-reputed journals, and received the Clarivate Publons Global Peer Review Award, ranking in the top 1% of peer reviewers in the fields of Computer Science and Interdisciplinary Research.
