BIOGRAPHY
Qiu Jing, professor, doctoral supervisor of the Institute of advanced technology in cyberspace of Guangzhou University, part-time researcher / assistant to the chief engineer of the network platform Research Institute of the new network research department of Pengcheng Laboratory. She has been engaged in the research of basic theory and advanced intelligent algorithm design in the field of cyberspace security threat perception for a long time. She has published 42 SCI papers in IEEE network, TKDE, IEEE TII, IEEE TVT and other authoritative journals, including 26 in CCF A and JCR 1 / 2. The highest impact factor of a single SCI is 13.609, 5 highly cited papers, 1 popular paper in IEEE journals in 2020, and published four academic works, two of them are published in the past three years. She has presided over 12 projects, including the national natural fund project, the key Research and Development Program project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the consulting project of the Cyberspace Research Institute of the Central Cyberspace Office (the major project of the overall planning of cyberspace in the 14th five year plan). She has been applied for 23 patents and 8 of them were authorized. Relevant achievements have been applied in government functional departments, enterprises and institutions such as China Cyberspace Research Institute, Beijing Aerospace Automatic Control Institute, Hebei Natural Resources Utilization Planning Institute, China Telecom Research Institute, Central Cyberspace Office, Guangdong Provincial Party Committee Cyberspace Office, and won the second prize of outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences of Guangdong Province.
