Huibin Liu received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from Central South University, Changsha, in 2001 and 2005, respectively. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei. She is a Lecturer with the School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai University of Engineering Science, Shanghai. Her research interests include computer vision, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
