姚红杰，男，博士，研究员，博士生导师，中科院""百人计划""获得者。2005年毕业于中国科学院植物研究所，获理学博士学位。2005年11月出国留学，先后在美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学、美国国立卫生研究院等机构从事博士后研究工作，主要从事癌症的表观遗传机理以及染色质组织对基因表达调控等方面的研究工作。2011年10月加入中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院，建立""干细胞和肿瘤细胞表观遗传调控""研究组，任课题组长、研究员、博士生导师。2012年获得中科院""百人计划""择优支持。2017年荣获中科院""百人计划""终期评估优秀。作为课题负责人先后承担来自国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划干细胞及转化研究试点专项、中科院战略性科技先导专项、广东省重大科技专项-干细胞与组织工程、广东省重大基础研究培育项目的资助；参加科技部干细胞重大科学研究计划（973）项目。近年来，相关研究成果以通讯作者或第一作者分别发表在Cell Stem Cell, Nature Communications, Genes & Development等学术刊物上。
