Fu Zhipeng, male, Ph.D., Senior Engineer, was recruited as a "Hundred Talents Program Distinguished Professor" at Guangdong University of Technology.

    He successively served as AI R&D Director at Digital China Healthcare, AI Data Analytics Expert at Tencent, Cloud and AI Expert at China Electronics Corporation, and Head of Pengcheng Ecosystem at Pengcheng National Laboratory. He is a member of CCF, ACM, and IEEE, and serves as a Standing Director of the Power Information Branch of the IEEE Digital Grid Technical Committee (China). He has been recognized as a "Nanshan Leading Talent (Class B)," "Nanshan Outstanding Youth," and has served as a guest lecturer at Huawei's "Kunpeng Innovation Talent Base" and a specially appointed expert in Huawei's Kunpeng Industry Development.

    In recent years, he has served as the full project leader for two key provincial R&D projects in Guangdong, as the full project leader for one key laboratory project in Guangdong, and as a core member in three projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology and Guangdong Province. He has published over ten papers in international journals and conferences such as IEEE-IOT, MobiCom, and Neurocomputing. He serves as a reviewer for academic journals such as IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems. He has been granted one provincial-level achievement registration, 12 patents, 6 software copyrights, and 1 standard.
