BIOGRAPHY
Professor Changqin Huang is working currently as a Distinguished Professor in College of Education, Director of Key Laboratory of Intelligent Education Technology and Application of Zhejiang Province, and Academic Leader of Educational Technology at Zhejiang Normal University, China. He is a Senior Member of CCF, and Member of IEEE and ACM, serving as is an Associate Editor for IEEE Trans. on Learning Technologies. Prior to this, he was a distinguished “Pearl River Scholar” of Guangdong Province and the academic leader of the National Key Discipline of Educational Technology in China. He was the executive deputy director of the Learning Technology Research Centre in Guangdong, Electronic Engineering Research Centre at Zhejiang University, and Computational Engineering Technology Research and Development in Guangdong Province, respectively. He is an outstanding researcher in Computational Engineering Technology Research and Development at Zhejiang University. He was the winner of the Zhu Kezhen Medal the highest honor at Zhejiang University. He was a promising young scholar of the "Thousand-Hundred-Ten Talents Project" in Guangdong Higher Education.

Prof. Huang serves as a number of committees such as Educational Cloud Computing Expert Committee and Deputy Secretary General of the China Communications Society, Cloud Computing Expert Committee, and Deputy Secretary General of China Communications Society. He serves as an expert in the evaluation of the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province.

In recent years, Prof. Huang has attracted more than 31 million RMB research funding. As a PI, he has successfully completed 26 projects, which include the three competitive National Natural Science Foundation funding of China, three Key National Science and Technology Support projects, and the four key science and technology provincial projects. As a CI, Prof. Huang has completed 15 research projects, which include the key national 863 projects and other industrial projects.

Prof. Huang has published widely in a number of famous international journals such as IEEE Trans. On Cybernetics,  IEEE Trans. on Image Processing,  IEEE Trans. on Big Data, Information Sciences, Knowledge Based Systems, British Journal of Educational Technology, SCIENCE CHINA (Information Sciences), and Australasian Journal of Educational Technology, as well as international conferences such as IJCAI and APWeb.
