Chengcheng Chen, PhD, is a lecturer at Shenyang Aerospace University. She is a senior member of CCF (China Computer Federation), an executive committee member of CCF (Digital Agriculture Branch), a member of YOCSEF (Shenyang Academic AC), and a member of IEEE IES China (Intelligent Agriculture and Forestry) Technical Committee. Her main research interests include agricultural engineering optimization, agricultural machine vision, intelligent design computational breeding, unmanned cooperative interoperability system, software defined interoperability, etc.  As a project leader or key member, she has undertaken 6 national and provincial projects; in recent years, she has published 18 papers in SCI/EI journals; she is a member of the youth editorial board of Plant Phenomics and CMC-Computers, Materials & Continua journal; The reviewer of IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatic, IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica,  IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, Knowledge-Based Systems, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, Journal of Field Robotics, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles, IEEE Transactions on Big Data, Frontiers in Plant Science, IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing, IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, IEEE ONCON23 and other international journals and conferences.
