Bingtao Wang, male, born in September 2001 in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province. He graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Shandong University (Weihai). He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication Engineering at the School of Low-altitude Science and Engineering, Shandong University (Weihai). During his undergraduate studies, he led three university-level Student Research Training Program (SRTP) projects, won the first prize in the 7th National College Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition in Shandong Province, and received the third prize in the 2020 National College Student Electronic Design Competition, along with six provincial-level or above academic awards in scientific research and competitions, five social practice honors, and various awards such as "Outstanding Communist Youth League Member of Shandong University", "Outstanding Research Class Advisor of Shandong University" and "Advanced Individual in Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Activities at Shandong University."

During his graduate studies, he participated in research projects such as the Shandong Province Natural Science Foundation and others. He has published one SCI Q1 journal article as the first author (JCR 2023 Q1, Chinese Academy of Sciences Zone 3, Citic Institute Zone 2), and one SCI Q2 journal article as the third author (JCR Q2, Chinese Academy of Sciences Zone 3, Citic Institute Zone 3). He has also won national-level and provincial-level awards, including the second prize in the 2023 - 20th China Graduate Mathematical Modeling Competition, the third prize in the 2024 "Shenhao Cup" 6th China Graduate Robotics Innovation Design Competition, and the silver award in the 2025 China International University Innovation Competition for graduate students in Shandong Province, 2024 Xiaomi Special Scholarship (the only recipient from the faculty, one of only four at Shandong University), among others.
