Xuan Liu (email@example.com) graduated from Shandong University, China, in 2010, and received M.S. degree at Wuhan Polytechnic University, China, in 2013. From 2013 to 2019, he was pursuing his Ph.D. at School of Computer Science and Engineering in Southeast University, China, and doing research work at Future Network Research Center in Southeast University, China. Since 2020, he will be a faculty member at School of Information Engineering in Yangzhou University, China.
