吴凯华南理工大学-生物医学工程系-国家人体组织功能重建工程技术研究中心,副教授,硕士生导师,工学硕士,医学博士/博士后(日本东北大学)九三学社广州青年联合会委员

广东省老年痴呆诊断与康复工程技术研究中心副主任,广东省精神疾病转化医学工程技术研究中心副主任。

日本东北大学客座副教授,日本东北药科大学客座副教授。

主要研究方向:神经影像、智能医疗器械、智能医疗系统等。

主持国家自然科学基金二项、广东省科技计划重大科技专项及广州市科技计划产学研协同创新重大专项各一项,主持及参与广东省、广州市、企业委托项目等项目20项。发表论文100多篇(其中发表SCI论文总影响因子超过100,Google引用超过930次,SCI引用超过400次,Google-H指数为16,单篇论文最高引用123次)。参加国际学术会议20多次,做口头报告6次;参加国内学术会议20多次,其中邀请报告15次;申请发明专利16项(授权10项),实用新型专利15项(授权13项)。

研究方向

1. 研究智能医疗器械、生物医学信号处理、移动医疗等技术在慢性病管理、重大疾病预防及康复中的应用,开发了系列可穿戴式健康信息监护设备、基于移动互联网的健康监护系统等产品。

2.基于多模态磁共振影像和肠道菌群分析,采用人脑连接组学、微生物组学、机器学习等技术,研究人脑结构及功能网络的拓扑属性和“脑-肠-微生物轴”理论,分析人脑复杂网络及肠道菌群结构在发育及老化过程的变化规律,研究脑重大疾病(老年期痴呆、帕金森症、抑郁症、精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、焦虑症等)对脑结构及功能、肠道菌群的损伤机制以及自动辅助诊断系统。
