桂林电子科技大学获批网络空间安全一级博士点，既是机遇也是挑战。

2017年在我校信息与通信学院招收第一位博士生，尚无太多经验可写。硕士生是从2009年开始招生，当时条件十分艰苦，2009-2015年，学生数量基本上是每年一个，2016~2017每年各四个硕士生。

    可以看出，我校的研究生的来源，并不是特别的好，但各位同学在研究生期间，取得的成果，在同层次的学校中，还算可以。我想主要是以下几个方面：

1. 选题不能太难，学生入学时基本上都是完全不了解学术，如果题目太难，下不了手，就会挫伤他们的积极性；

2. 题目不能太泛，一定要具体，让学生能快速进入问题，尽量不要让学生自己在很泛的方向上自己找题目；

3. 以身作则不偷懒，只要不出差，每天和学生在一起，有问题及时讨论。

   
   

     另外与学校这几年的研究生培养上的大力支持，也是分不开的。对研究生的奖助学体系包括：广西研究生创新项目（3万）、桂电研究生创新项目（1万）、优秀硕士论文培育（1.5-2万）、优秀博士论文培育（3-4万）、研究生国家奖学金（2万）、学业奖学金（0.3-1万）、优秀研究生出国访学（分为3个月、6个月、12个月，经费参照留学基金标准）。
