YUN LIN, Doctor of Technical Science, postdoctoral, associate professor, doctoral tutor, member of IEEE , member of Chinese Society of Astronautics.  Mainly engaged in software radio, cognitive radio, intelligent information confrontation, information security and deep neural network research, and undertaken the National Natural Science Foundation, the Navy Equipment Special Project, the National Defense Basic Key Project, the General Equipment Department Innovation Fund Major Project, and there are more than 10 other scientific research projects, with the annual average research volume is 3 million yuan. Participated in the research and development of the domestic software-radio universal development platform with independent intellectual property rights, obtained 6 authorized patents, and won the third prize of national defense science and technology progress. The research results in the fields of software radio architecture, hybrid intelligent dynamic spectrum access, intelligent signal analysis and intelligent decision-making methods have reached domestic leading level.

He is the reviewer of SCI search journals, such as IEEE Trans. On Reliability, Mathematical Problems in Engineering, International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, and Journal of Supercomputer. He is also the reviewer of EI search journals, such as Journal of Astronautics, Journal of Communications, Journal of Applied Basic and Engineering, etc. He has published more than 60 academic papers, which include 11 SCI search theories and more than 40 EI searches. He has won the Best Paper Awards at the GSMM 2012 and CSQRWC 2011 International Conferences.He has edited one textbook, applied for 10 invention patents and has authorized 6 projects.  He won the third prize of the outstanding lecturer of Harbin Engineering University from 2010 to 2013 and the second prize of the teaching achievement of Harbin Engineering University.

Invited by the President of the IEEE International Coference on Software Qulity, Reliability & Security Conference, Professor Irena Bojanova of the National Bureau of Standards, to host Workshop on Security, Reliability, and Resilience in Wireless Sensor Networks and Smart Grid. In addition he has  involved in the preparation, Signal Processing, and the International Conference on The 6th International Conference on Communications Systems (CSPS), held in July 2017 as a local chairman.
