投稿稿件须为英文稿且按本刊论文书写要求排版。稿件内容为作者未曾公开发表过的研究成果,不涉及泄密问题;表述力求充实精炼;凡被国内外正式出版物公开发表或已录用的论文本刊不再受理。本刊论文均会经过严格公平的同行评审,审稿周期为15天,对拟录用稿件,作者应针对审稿意见进行逐条修改完善。编辑部会在收到修改结果后一周内给予作者是否被录用的答复。
