My name is Shuqun Chen (English name: Chenners), I am an Associate Professor and Postgraduate Supervisor at the Faculty of Materials and Manufacturing in Beijing University of Technology, China（北京工业大学）. 

I received my bachelor degree in Materials Forming and Control Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University (西北工业大学) at 2010. Then I went to Huazhong University of Science and Technology (华中科技大学) and got my master degree in Materials Processing Engineering. On September 2012, I went to Queen Mary University of London and worked with Dr. Russell Binions in an area of Functional Nanomaterials. I received the PhD in Materials Science at June 2016. 

My current research mainly focus on fabricating functional thin films and coatings by CVD and PVD methods. 

In my spare time, I am fond of playing basketball, and squash.
