Shouqiang Liu was born in Hubei, China, received MS of Computer Science from China University of Geosciences（CUG）,Wuhan in 2002. and received  PhD in Computer Science from South China University of Technology (SCUT), in 2012.He has been on the schoool of Artificial Intelligence  at South China Normal University（SCNU）, Guangzhou since 2002.
