熊轲,教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向为移动互联网、物联网、无线网络、协作网络、无线网络编码、基于人工智能的网络优化等。

Biography

Prof. Ke Xiong received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU), Beijing, China, in 2004 and 2010, respectively. From 2010 to 2013, he was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing. From 2013, he was a Lecturer and an Associate Professor with the School of Computer and Information Technology, BJTU, where he has been a Full Professor since 2017. From 2015 to 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Maryland, College Park. He has authored over 120 academic papers in referred journals and conferences. 


He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the China Computer Federation (CCF) and a Senior Member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE). He served as a Session Chair for the IEEE GLOBECOM 2012, IET ICWMMN 2013, IEEE ICC 2013, and ACM MOMM 2014, the Publicity and Publication Chair for the IEEE HMWC 2014, and the TPC Co-Chair for the IET ICWMMN 2017.


He also serves as an Associate Editor-in Chief of the Chinese journal New Industrialization Strategy, the Edior of Wiley ETRI journal, and the Editor of Computer Engineering & Software. In 2017, he served as the Leading Editor of the Special issue Recent Advances in Wireless Powered Communication Networks for the EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking and the Guest Editor of the Special issue Recent Advances in Cloud-Aware Mobile Fog Computing for Wireless Communications and Mobile Computing. He currently serves as a reviewer for over 15 international journals, including the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON SIGNAL PROCESSING, the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS, the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON COMMUNICATIONS, the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON VEHICULAR TECHNOLOGY, the IEEE COMMUNICATION LETTERS, the IEEE SIGNAL PROCESSING LETTERS, and the IEEE WIRELESS COMMUNICATION LETTERS.


His current research interests include IoT, wireless cooperative networks, wireless powered networks, AI-based network optimization and network information theory.
