Introduction:

I have published more than 30 papers, with more than 400 citations. I have published 1 academic monograph. I have 4 invention patents.

I'm a reviewer of journals such as "Briefings in Bioinformatics" and "Computers in Biology and Medicine".

I'm currently leading a project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Science Fund. I'm involved in several other projects, including National Key Research and Development Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China General Program project, Provincial Education Reform project, and institution-led research projects. I have currently engaged in bioinformatics algorithm development and data analysis at BGI Research, Shenzhen.

I'm currently a senior algorithm engineer at BGI Research, Shenzhen.

My research interests are in machine learning, swarm intelligence and bioinformatics.
