Huan Zhou received the P.H. degree in Control Science and Technology from the Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2014. From 2012 to 2013, he joined the Department of Computer and Information Science, Temple University as a visiting scholar, under the supervision of Prof. Jie Wu. From 2016 to 2017, he joined the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the University of British Columbia as a postdoc research fellow, under the supervision of Prof. Victor C. M. Leung. Since 2018, he has been a professor at the College of Computer and Information Technology, China Three Gorges University, Yichang, China. His recent research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Mobile Social Networks, Mobile Edge Computing, Mobile Data Offloading, and VANETs.
Dr. Zhou has published more than 50 international peer-reviewed journal/conference papers, including IEEE JSAC, TWC, TPDS, and won two best paper awards, e.g., I-SPAN 2014 and I-SPAN 2018. He is serving or served on the editorial boards of IEEE Access and EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking. In addition, he served as TPC Chair of EAI BDTA 2020, Local Arrangement Chair of I-SPAN 2018, and TPC member of many international conferences, including ICCCN, GLOBECOM, ICC, WCNC, PIRMC, and so on.
