Haotian Liu (IEEE Graduate Student Member) received the B.E. degree in School of Physic and Electronic Information Engineering, Henan Polytechnic University (HPU) in 2023. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree with Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications , Ministry of Education, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunication (BUPT).

He has published more than 30 papers in leading international journals and conferences, such as IEEE TWC, TCOM, TMC, TCCN, TAP, and WCM. Among them, 12 papers are published in IEEE Trans. journals, including 7 popular papers (selected for several consecutive months). He holds 11 granted patents and has participated in the formulation of 3 IMT and CCSA standards, as well as the submission of 3 corresponding IMT proposals. He was the recipient of the Outstanding Contribution Award of NCIC 2025 and the Best Student Paper Award of CCAI 2026. He has served as the Workshop Co-Chair at the NCIC 2025 and AICTech 2026. He has served as the TPC member of IEEE ICCC' 26 and AICTech 2026. He also serves as a peer reviewer for the high-impact journals, such as IEEE TWC, TMC, TCOM, TCCN, TVT, WCL, and IoT-J. His research focuses on integrated sensing and communication, cooperative sensing, multi-band and multi-nodes, ISAC event-level sensing, and AI-based ISAC.
