蔡丹宁，男，硕士，中级工程师，现任职于河南牧宝车居股份有限公司，任研发中心技术总监，是健康车居汽车产业技术研究院学术骨干人员。2014年9月至2017年6月，参加河南大学经济学院工商管理在职研究生学习，获企业管理硕士学位。研究方向为：企业管理，工业工程与管理，质量管理，新产品开发管理等。目前以第一作者发表学术论文1篇，以通讯作者发表会议论文1篇，参加起草团体标准3项，以第二发明人获得授权国家实用新型专利12项。

CAI Danning is currently  as technical director of R&D center in Henan Mubo Auto Interior & Home Decoration Co.,Ltd and is the academic backbone of the Health Car Life Automobile Industry Technology Research Institute. From September 2014 to June 2017, Attend on-the-job postgraduate study in business administration, School of Economics, Henan University.His research interests include enterprise management, industrial engineering and management, quality management,New product development and management etc. At present,He has published 1 academic paper as the first author and 1 conference paper as the corresponding author, participated in drafting 3 group standards, and obtained 12 new patents authorized by the state as the second inventor.
