How to access IEEE Xplore anywhere anytime?

Yes, use the VPN provided by our university (Fig.1-2).

Although it's simple to click the link listed on the VPN HTML page, we don't think this way time-saving.

A better way to access the IEEE Xplore is: input the original URL of IEEE Xplore in address bar or click any link directing to IEEE Xplore's page, and the brower will automatically redirect us to USTB VPN accessed IEEE Xplore.

Step 1. Get the encrypted URL of IEEE Xplore from USTB VPN list.

Obviously, in Fig. 3 'ieeexplore.ieee.org' has been encryted into '77726476706e69737468656265737421f9f244993f20645f6c0dc7a59d50267b1ab4a9' and the whole URL of USTB's IEEE URL is 'https://n.ustb.edu.cn/https/77726476706e69737468656265737421f9f244993f20645f6c0dc7a59d50267b1ab4a9/'

Step 2. Add a Chrome extension named URLRedirector.

Step 3. Add a user rule to redirect URL from 'ieeexplore' to 'n.ustb.edu.cn/https/XXXXX(in step 1)' 

Then, each time we try to enter a page in ieeexplore.ieee.org, our brower will fast redirect us to the page accessed by USTB VPN.
