2024 International Conference on Neural Computing for Advanced Applications
July 5-7, 2024, Guilin, China
NCAA is an annual international neural computing conference, which showcases state-of-the-art R&D activities in neural computing systems and their industrial and engineering applications. It provides a forum for technical presentations and discussions among neural computing researchers, developers and users from academia, business and industry.
The 2024 NCAA will be held in Guilin, China on July 5-7, 2024. China, a country which has a long history of 5000 years, is the perfect venue for addressing contemporary neural computing issues as new AI-related technical trends have been arising out of China’s top-notch IT infrastructure and cultural dynamicity. Guilin City, referred to as GUI, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China, located in the northeast of Guangxi. The city borders Liuzhou City in the west, Laibin City, Wuzhou City, Hezhou City in the south, Yongzhou City in Hunan Province in the east, and Shaoyang City and Huaihua City in Hunan Province in the north. Guilin is located in the southwest of the Nanling Mountains in the Guidongbei Mountain region, the southern end of the Xiang-Guangxi corridor, the north of the Yuecheng Mountain, the east of the ocean Mountain, Dupang Mountain, the west of the Tianping Mountain. It is mainly hilly landform, and the central part is typical karst peak forest area. Li River, Xiangjiang River for the territory of the two major rivers, the middle of the Lingqu connected, the city people’s government in Lingui District Xicheng Road No. 69. Guilin is one of the first national historical and cultural cities and China’s excellent tourist city, enjoying the reputation of “Guilin landscape is the best in the world”.
This conference is mainly hosted by Guangxi Normal University. Guangxi Normal University is located in Guilin, a world-class tourist city and a national historical and cultural city. It is a university jointly built by the Ministry of Education and the people’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, a university under the “Basic Capacity Construction Project for Universities in Central and Western China”, a “domestic first-class university” in Guangxi, and a national civilized campus. There are three campuses in Wangcheng, Yucai and Yanshan, with a campus area of more than 4,100 mu, more than 50,000 students of all kinds and more than 4,000 teachers and staff (including retired personnel). The school has developed into the “leader” of teacher education in Guangxi, the “main force” of humanities, the “fresh force” of science and technology, and the “vanguard” of international education in Guangxi. At present, the university is making every effort to promote the “double first-class” construction and comprehensive reform, and strive to achieve the goal of building a first-class domestic university with international fame and distinct characteristics of teacher education.
