ICNCC 2019 to be held on December 13-15, 2019

at Luoyang, Henan University of Science and Technology, China

 

ICNCC 2019 is hosted by Henan University of Science and Technology (HAUST), 

and co-sponsored by Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, China 

and Singapore Institute of Electronics

 

All submissions will be peer reviewed, and all the

accepted papers will be published  ACM Conference Proceedings,

Extended conference papers (at least 50% extended) can be recommended to
