3月22日世界昏迷日——华师团队助力昏迷患者诊疗

近年来,随着国际上神经科学对意识与意识障碍的关注日益加深,以及神经影像学技术的飞速进步,人们对以往束手无策的各种原因导致的意识障碍患者(包括昏迷、植物状态/无反应觉醒综合征、微意识状态等)有了更深的认知,诊断日渐准确,治疗手段增加。

2024年3月22日是第四个“世界昏迷日(WORLD COMA DAY)”,今年的口号是“早诊早治,勿妄断言”。 在此我们呼吁全社会关注昏迷患者的生存状态,早诊断早治疗,积极协助对昏迷患者的救治与照护,为昏迷患者点燃苏醒的希望,为植物人家庭带来更好的明天。

“如何基于脑机接口实现对意识障碍患者的意识检测、辅助交流和促醒?”是在首届脑-机接口大会暨脑机接口产业联盟第一次全会的十大科学问题之一。近年来,华南师范大学软件学院潘家辉团队及心理学院秦鹏民团队,联合南方医科大学珠江医院康复医学科、广东工伤康复医院颅脑损伤康复科、中山大学附属第三医院神经外科、中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院神经内科、复旦大学附属华山医院神经外科等开展意识障碍诊疗的系列研究(如下所示)。
