Biography 个人简介

Youming Sun (IEEE Student Member) received the B.S. degreein electronic and information engineering fromYanshan University, Qinhuangdao, China, in 2010,and the M.S. degree from the National Digital Switching System Engineering and Technological Research Center (NDSC), Zhengzhou, China,in 2013, respectively. He is currently pursuing thePh.D. degree in communications and informationsystem with NDSC.His research interests include resource allocationin small cell networks, cognitive radio networks,game theory, and statistical learning. He currently serves as a RegularReviewer for many technical journals, including the IEEE JOURNAL OnselectED AREAS IN COMMUNICATIONS, the IEEE SYSTEMS JOURNAL,the IEEE ACCESS, the Transactions on Emerging Telecommunications Technologies, the Wireless Networks, the IET Communications, and the KSIITransaction on Internet and Information Systems. He has acted as a TechnicalProgram Committee Member of the IEEE International Conference onWireless Communications and Signal Processing 2015.
