刘成昆，南开大学经济学博士，曾先后工作于北京城建和中国长城资产管理公司，从事房地产和不良资产处置业务。自2004年起任职于澳门科技大学至今，现为澳门科技大学可持续发展研究所长，商学院教授，博士生导师。研究领域包括城市与区域经济、可持续发展和澳门经济，发表中英文论文30余篇，担任“中国城市竞争力报告”的特约主编（2012-2021），主持30余项课题，包括2018年度国家自科（NSFC）与澳门科学技术发展基金（FDCT）联合项目、澳门基金会资助及澳门特区政府部门委托的项目。

Liu Chengkun is a Professor at the School of Business at Macau University of Science and Technology (M.U.S.T.). He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Nankai University. He had worked in Beijing Urban Construction and China Great Wall Asset Management Co., LTD. Since 2004, he has taught at M.U.S.T. He is the director of the Institute of Sustainable Development at MUST and a professor at Business School.

His research interests include urban and regional economics, sustainable development, and the Macao economy. He has published more than 30 papers in both Chinese and English and served as the invited editor of the China Urban Competitiveness Report (2012-2019). He has presided over more than 20 research projects, including the 2018 National Natural Science Foundation (NSFC) and Macao Science and Technology Development Fund (FDCT) joint projects and projects funded by the Macao Foundation or entrusted by the Macao SAR government.
